  • 1/2 Zucchini
  • 2 TBS Wakame
  • 1 TS black Mustardseeds
  • 3 TBS Butter,vegan
  • 1 TS Sugger
  • 350 ml Water
  • 1 Pinch red food color (optional)
  • Salt,Pepper

  • Simmer dried Wakame with 350 ml water for 15 minutes to get a seaweed – broth.
  • Cut the zucchini and slice the skin 2 mm deep and with 1- 2 mm distance.

  • Put Zucchini, Butter, Sugger, 2-3 TBS cooked wakame and 250 ml of the Seaweed-broth to a small pan. Cook on medium heat for 15 minutes or till no water is left. Turn 3-4 times during cooking

  • Add mustard seeds and roast final with the skin side down.

  • Use the wakame as chips or fry some cooked wakame to dish out.
