Simmer dried Wakame with 350 ml water for 15 minutes to get a seaweed – broth.
Cut the zucchini and slice the skin 2 mm deep and with 1- 2 mm distance.
Put Zucchini, Butter, Sugger, 2-3 TBS cooked wakame and 250 ml of the Seaweed-broth to a small pan. Cook on medium heat for 15 minutes or till no water is left. Turn 3-4 times during cooking
Add mustard seeds and roast final with the skin side down.
Use the wakame as chips or fry some cooked wakame to dish out.
